About Perform Mind
I've played professional rugby at the highest levels in South Africa and France. I know what it feels like when the stakes are high: the pressure, the noise, the self-doubt that shows up when it matters most.
That lived experience shapes how I work. I combine real-world understanding with evidence-based practice to help athletes perform at their best, consistently.
But my focus goes deeper than performance skills or quick fixes. I focus on the person first, the athlete second. Because lasting performance doesn't come from techniques layered on top of who you are. It comes from knowing who you are, and learning to perform from that place, even under the most intense pressure.
My role is to help you build the psychological capabilities, habits, and environments that allow you to adapt, learn, and act at your best: in training, in competition, and in life.
